Answer:
a catering business, because I love to cook, I love to make people happy, and I love weddings!
I wouldnt really consider this a business but, I live in a big city with little parking so I would build a parking garage!! I would offer hourly as well as monthly parking. It would be relatively cheap to build and maintain and I would make a ton.
