I took a business class this summer. You need to know EVERYTHING. your business name, slogan, mission statement, etc. before you start thinking about buildings. I'm pretty sure you need a license if you want to own a PRESCHOOL.. you can get loans from the bank.. you pretty much need to know exactly what you want and you can start it.
