I run a relatively popular blog and I want to sell advertising, I need help me w/ contracts, prices, etc..?

Is there a site that can walk me through this? I am interesting in selling ads directly to companies, not Adsense, or per click advertising

The rates would vary depending upon the type of content on your blog, the type of advertising you sell, the number of readers of your blog or the number of click throughs on the ad, etc. Go to similar blogs and check out their advertising rates and contracts. You will probably want to hire a lawyer to help you develop the contract.
