Looking for investors to fund my coffee shop / music cafe concept.?

Besides banks and loan instituions, where would I be able to find business angel investors to help get my project on the road? I have a great concept packed with excellent marketing stratagies, but no funding. Where can I go or what can I do? Time is running out due to the fact that there is now another party involved who wants to buy the building I have been looking at. HELP!?!?!?

My group of investors offer both secured and unsecured loans for personal and business loans. We utilize both traditional banking firms and private funds.
