I am thinking of going into a partership with a friend and starting a businees. Any advice?

Different business forms have different liabilities (ie, LLC vs. Partnership). Make sure you understand what the legal implications are so you're prepared in case something happened between both of you. Also, do everything in writing as to avoid any future conflicts.
I know it's a friend but get it all in writiing is my advice. It's usually a 'friend' who stabs you in the back when youre not looking.
Nothing ends a friendship faster than going into business together. I wouldn't unless you need the other person for financial or experience. It can be tricky if something happens. However if you really need the other person then I would say make sure that you get everything in writing and iron out every detail even one where if you two should decide you don't want to be partners anymore how you would divide everything including clients. Even though it's just a side thing a lot of side things have turned into big things look at Bill Gates.

there are two things that wreak a friendship sex and business partnerships. If you go into business together one of you more than likely you will get F U C K E D in the end. If you have experience do it on your own.

uhhhh... that's a tough one. I know by experience doing biz with friends is not easy at all. it's like. you dont agree over something and next friday night youre in a gathering and you just can´t be "friends" anymore.
Put EVERYTHING clear since the beggining. if you're doing it, but if I were you, I wouldn´t.
