How would i go about if i wanted to create a fish farm and a garden outside of my home i mean?

I have always been interested in farming and breeding but i've never really seen much of a future for them so i haven't pursued them but lately i still want to create a small business even if it's a hobby.

PS: I live in south Florida Miami to be exact.

go florida!! well I would suggest finding out other people that are doing the same thing and seeing if they would teach. It is better to learn from someone who is doing it.
I'm sure it would cost a fortune to set up a fish farm and maintain it. But that is a great thing to do, I can imagine a tremendous work load, but what fun. All the best to you and your ideas.
