Monthly expenses for a trucking company?
thank your for answer..

Answer:
Insurance cost should be a fixed expense since it is each month and a fixed price should be about 740 to 1250 each month depending on the coverage and is the truck paid for or not.
you can dived out the insurance cost per mile per month. divide a target miles or average by the cost. about 11-14 cent per mile.
Maintenance cost is variable and fixed.
Fixed per mile is cost divided by mile, such as as truck service ie oil change and lube with filters is about 150 every 10k miles, this will come out to about 11/2 cent per mile. same can be done for tire, breaks etc.
the variable cost could be zero/or bad luck with new or new lease, and who is the driver.
there are other way to find this cost but it can be hit or miss and is eraser to see in hind sight. my advice is to have a credit line of 10k to due an inframe/ and drive line at any time.
Good luck and Happy trucking
Insurance should be easy enough. call three insurance companies (commercial insurance) and get three quotes. Maintenance. well, I'd probably say somewhere around $150/mo. per truck. That's probably a good amount to put into a maintenance "pool" for the fleet. Let me know if I can help anymore. I specialize in start up and small biz. consulting.
