I usually send some used books and clothes, jackets, shoes etc to orphans, I want to know if there is a cheaper service, or does USPS give us a special quote to send to non-profit organizations and helping orphanages etc.

If you know someone that has a business & has an acc # with USPS maybe they would allow you to use it for this purpose. You would get a cheaper rate.
You get a cheaper price @ the post office for books. just be sure to tell them you are sending books.
