How do I get remodeling contracts for my business?
Answer:
well the first step would be to reask your question in a way that gives us more info. like where are you? what level of remodeling are u talking about? what kind of contracts are you looking for?
by 'remodel' do you mean go through and redecorate or do you mean go through a building and do major overhaul work?
we can't help someone without all the info.
Door to door is very effective
PLEASE do not overlook residential! As a homeowner, finding a remodeler of repute is fast becoming a Mission Impossible. Check w/ local realtors on who they recommend for repairs after home inspections. Offer a couple of 10% off jobs to get in on their list.
Commercial - Find out who hold the leases in your town. They'll hold the remodeling hand.
1st step is to make a list of EVERYBODY you know (that is a homeowner.) 2nd, if you have not made any business cards, make some, and pass them out. All you have to do, is show them your business card, and ask them are you a homeowner? (If they say no, ask them to give it to someone they know that is a homeowner.) If they say yes, let them know that your company does remodel/repair, and you may give examples of the type of work you do. That may jar their mind of some of the things that need to be done on their property. 3rd, offer to give them a no obligation estimate. Ok, I have given enough information that should get you going. Good Luck to you and your business!
