First you have to get a visa to come over and that is impossible unless you have a job offer first. About the only work for Filipino's in Japan is for women at hostess bars. It's a good job as long as you are not working for Yakuza. If it is Yakuza run you'll be forced into prostitution. Be very careful when you apply for jobs here in Japan. And what ever you do NEVER surrender your passport to them under any circumstances.
I wish you luck finding a factory job here. But since the burst of the bubble economy those jobs are hard to find.
