How would I go about opening my own cooking school?

Ahh I read the question wrong, I thought you wrote show.:D
You could probably run a small cooking class out of your home, or you could offer services to other people in their own home, like the show "Take home chef"
I guess you'd probably have to get some kind of license for it. And a place to have it at.
