I think you should make a name for yourself. Go to different functions, music schools .. etc that deals with artistic music. Networking with people is also a great thing to get into. Have a professional website made, so people know that you are serious. Put examples/small cuts of your music on the website. Im most certain you will get notice. If you are serious about what you do/want to do...then show people.
