Any daycare owners out there?

I just started my daycare almost a month ago. It's a licensed home daycare. I have passed out flyers and even had an open house. I would like to know if you have a daycare, what are some other advertising ideas that's not expensive that I can do.

WE OPEN ALL OUR DAYCARE CENTERS IN MALLS OR HIGH TRAFFIC STRIP MALLS AND THE SIGNS DO OUT ADVERTISING . WE SEND OUT FLYERS AND WE DO THE INTERNET TOO IN LOCAL CHAT ROOMS .

You need to network, which means using play groups, churches, other events, where you can build your reputation - maybe get the kids you have to wear t-shirts with your logo on them in orange, and then when you're at the zoo and the kids are having a blast, others will see that this is a good place for them.

What do you offer which is special and unique? CPR trained? allergy free - find a niche and then go after that crowd. Trying to be everything to everyone becomes like spreading peanut butter - everyone gets a little, but no one gets it all.
