How do i get cheap gift cards with no scanner and a barcode for my business?

Maybe use gift certificates? You can get them cheap/free at Vista Print and just write them out by hand. Gift cards will be pricey I think.

Be sure they are numbered and have a reciept you can match. Sign, or otherwise authenticate, both the card and its reciept.
