NO, I have done his before. Just remember that the only law you will break is not paying Taxes on it at the end of the year~you do legally have to report it as extra/additional income!
it is way hard to get to buy the stuff wholesale, especially if you are not buying literally 1/2 a truck full.
remember alot of people are doing this and price is always a huge factor, do your research (look at similar sellers and auctions)and save your reciepts.
I would also be careful of dropshippers and Bulk lots, many times they are not selling authentic items and this will cause you many headaches in the long run!
i have found the best success to be buying t he items myself on a great clearance and storing it til the next season. I also know people who use DOBA, which is a certified ebay dropshipper! BUT then again for a 30 monthly fee we all have access to those products!
ebay is NOT a way to make a ton of money but definately a great supplementer!
go on e-bay that exactly what they do..all of this can be done on e-bay without any problems..and you can even buy the jeans off of e-bay in whole sale..and then re-sell it for a profit.

After all you are buying from the producer - which is legal and you are selling it - legal again ! Actually you are doing a favour to the producer ! Try getting a discount for bulk purchase - write to them - they might consider giving you a good discount - which means you will have better profits !
