I am not sure that I would worry too much about a tag line as your name kind of "does what it says on the tin" and there is a danger a tag line might sound cheesy or patronising.
I would concentrate on a good graphic as I think that can convey more than a tag line.
Maybe a thought rather than say "we care" which sort of says "you need care" maybe something like "independence for the independent".. its a little long winded but its saying that we recogonise you are an independant individual that just needs to get around a bit easier.. good luck with your business btw
