Who has source code rights to software written by me as one of four owners of a small business ?

Since I own 27% of the business we all started together 10 years ago I cannot be an employee so I am considered a contractor. I am wondering if I have the same rights to the software (I wrote as a contractor for the business) as the business does or does the business have exclusive rights to it since the company paid me for the services. There is no contractor agreement that was signed between myself and the business and nothing is mentioned in the companies Operating Agreement either.

Answer:
SO YOU ARE A PARTNER IN A BUSINESS WITH 10 OTHER PEOPLE AND NO CONTRACT? WHAT DID YOU FIGURE YOU AND 9 OTHERS WOULD ALWAYS SHARE THE SAME VIEWS, AND FOLLOW THE SAME BUSINESS PRACTICES.
WHAT YOU DID WAS ALMOST AS STUPID AS SIGNING A CONTRACT AGREEING TO GIVE UP HALF OF YOUR ASSETS SHOULD THINGS NOT WORK OUT .AND IF THEY DID WORK FOR TEN YEARS OR MORE ,YOU PUT IN THAT CONTRACT THAT YOU WOULD CONTINUE TO PAY BENEFITS TO YOUR PARTNERS EVEN IF THEY KICKED YOU OUT OF THE BUSINESS. I SAID ALMOST NOT QUITE BUT ALMOST AS STUPID AS GETTING MARRIED. Other Questions and Answers:
