Not sure if it is the top most profitable but we have a rental property and it is doing very well. The renters are paying the mortgage while we get a little extra cash, we get the tax write off and we get a "free" house in 30 years that did nothing but increase in value. What a retirement fund!

That is one easy thing to answer and it is Retail plain & simple.
Retail builds profet more revenue better back pay and easier over head handling as long as the Items are top of the line really good quality &with that you have more ways to balance the budget to where you can afford many things even insureance &Medical dental benifets & Employeees plus many other things that you'll have as long as you keep a stable revenue budget and pay rate thats fair reasonable and logical etc.
with that and reliable suppliers of I tems or products the stronger youll get biz wise and the better off youll be all in one for your self and more including family or start one if you dont have one of your own.
