My husband and I are looking into buying a bed and breakfast. It seems like a less time consuming business venue than owning a resturaunt or a hotel or motel. Would you say this is true? What are the in's and out's of it? It doesn't appear to be that difficult from the research I've done so far. Any other experience details you can share would be great.
