I haven't checked out the site, but your best idea is to look it up on the badbusinessbureau.com or ripoffreport.com look up every name of the owners and every way it seems to appear.

its the best site I've found to keep me out of trouble with doing business with shady online or real companies
Site looks good. Might want to try some pay-per-click advertising or some other way to get search engine play. Auction sites are popping up everywhere and it's all about marketing. Remember eBay was a few years old before it caught on, too.
