How do I section a pick pack fullfillment warehouse?

Answer:
Create a 3 dimension cube system - latitude label 1 - 200 (or whatever you need), longitude A - BZ (think of it like an excel spreadsheet), and then a third dimension for height, in 4 foot increments of the shortest shelving you have (I recommend numbers again).

Then the formula is latitude, longitude, height.

For example, 15C5 is the fifteenth latitude, the third longitude, and 20 feet up (if you count increments in 4 foot units). You want to separate the numbers, which is why you latitude first and height last. You want to create a grid where maybe not every number / letter is used, using the smallest, so that if you add an aisle or subtract one you don't have to redraw the grid.
There are many companies offering fulfillment services for small companies. If you go to www.vendorseek.com, you can get quotes from several companies. I would select one that has good references, can provide same day service, is in the midwest (assuming you ship across the US), and has a simple pricing structure with no hidden costs (ask about this).
