How can I franchise my company myself, without paying 100,000 to a firm for help?

I want to franchise my company , how do I find buyers, and make it happen? thanks for all details and info.

If you aren't sure how, wouldn't it make sense to pay to have it done right and avoid costly problems later. A percentage of a lot is better than all of nothing.
I think your first move should be to hire a good lawyer to check the franchising laws in the state or states that you are thinking about. The laws differ and you could run into trouble if you aren't familiar with all of them.
Do some Internet research by looking up the franchise documents from other franchised companies, i.e., what is the commission, fees, etc.
Then use the Internet to market your company and its benefits to potential franchise buyers.
