If you're able to go back to where you wrote the question and you got the answer, click on that blue link just under that box with their picture/smiley face on it, and it'll bring up their name and there's a place where you can click "email this person".. then you can click on that and it'll go to the correct email address.

Click on their name. If they have it enabled, you'll see a little thing to email/IM them. If you see nothing, sorry, they don't have it enabled and you can't message them.
