call the store owner,thats the starting point,you must first sell the idea then the product. good luck
Get the name of the buyers and mail them samples of your work. If the samples are good and the buyers like them, they will contact you. If not, follow up with them anyway a few days after you think they have received your samples and bug the heck out of them.

OK, you designed a line of clothing. What exactly do you have now -- sketches, demonstration garments, or a manufacturer standing ready to accept orders and ship in bulk? Most store owners would not waste time on discussions with you unless it is the latter. From a retailer's standpoint, if you don't have the ability to mass-produce the prodict, you don't have a product.
