If I were you i'd try to find people to distribute your product here in North America. You would be able to sell the bracelets in bulk for several dollars a piece and make a profit margin that would ensure the viability of your enterprise. Also find "direct marketing" companies that could put your product in their catalogues.
I would try contacting some major companies in order to show them your wares. Let them dictate what their customers would be willing to pay in that particular market.
If they press you for a dollar figure, you'll have to give them something. Consider your cost of goods, time to make the product, shipping and handling, and any overhead costs associated with making the bracelets. I couldn't tell much from the pics, but I did see some that could easily sell for $25+
You might also consider selling them on a web page or ebay.
