Glaxo Smithkline used to do a Xmas party for the staff kids but now they give them free panto tickets

1. The phone book is at your disposal.
2. Select the professions you would like as clients. I, personally, would select all. You would be surprised at some of the most unlikely people you could imagine to be interested.
3. Make a mailing list, and notify by post card, or brochure.
4. Keep it brief and to the point. Most business people get impatient if they have to read pages, or fill in a bunch of blanks.
5. If you like, you can follow cards up with calls & let them know you will send someone around with books to choose from, if there is an interest.

Christmas period is a period wherein gifts are shared irrespecrtive of who the person is (i.e. you dont have to be known before such gifts are given). Companies have different dates of giving out prices or gifts, mostly from mid December to the eve of December, so be on the watch
