Read the below scenario, and respond what's the best solution for two sibling?

Scenario: You and your two siblings own a local pizzeria that has been incredibly successful for the three years it has been open. Now, you are considering opening two new stores across town, hoping to grow your profits over the long term. Your sister, on the other hand, does not like the idea of maintaining two additional stores, and instead is lobbying to build another dining room onto the existing store instead of buying out and managing new storefronts. Your brother is neutral, and sees the benefit in both suggestions.

Answers:
Compromise. Would it be acceptable to all three to perhaps build a small addition to the existing restaurant and also build a single second restaurant?
it depends. Is the pizzeria so full at the moment that you are losing business because you do not have the spcae for people to eat? Are you tuning people away beacause it is too full? If yes, then you need to make it bigger like your sister says as you already have an established customer base. If no, then you should consider opening another place in a different area. that way you could get a whole new customer base. You will have learnt from past experiance and be better able to chose area and marketing strategy due to already having built a succesful pizzeria.
Either way, opening a new place will be better as your costs should not go up by the same percentage as profits once is is established so you will be making a lot more money if you own more than 1 pizzeria.
