Advice on terms and conditions?
Answers:
Yes, welll hiring lawyers etc is expensive...so take a look at similar agreements that you have signed or received with other peoples goods...try to understand what is meant by each phrase then...modify them slightly to suit your needs.before you start, write out as many points or headings that you can think of. Once you have a draft ask a professional or two to check it...All professionals deal with contracts so there's a good chance that they will pick up anything that sounds wierd or badly written.
Contact your local Small business Federation. They should be in the book. No doubt you will find someone who has had experience. I assume you want to do things right but not spend too much money on legal fees. Best wishes.
Contact an attorney who is well versed in this type of contract. It may cost more up front, but you buy piece of mind that it is done correctly and an attorney who will stand behind you if there are problems.
