I'm looking for one that spells out management tips like: where to look for your girls, paperwork, customer service, screening clients for safety precautions, how to train your escorts, and so on. Sorry but you are clueless. You need to be in the business and learn though experience. Noting you read is going to keep you out of trouble. If you have enough capital find someone already in the business to manage. Having a lawyer would be a good idea too.
