I have purchased Two lots in Bend,OR I want to build on both lots and sell one. Is this still possible?

I have one address and need another but I think that the laws have changed to make this not possible. Does anyone know the answer?

Answer:
you should ask a bend real estate agent. it's their job to know that kind of stuff. this directory is really helpful if you don't already have an agent: http://www.realestateforsaleinoregon.net.
good luck ;)
Tell my buddy, John Chabot, Benny say, "Hi"....
If the two lots are EACH zoned for single family homes you can petition the city to provide an address for each. After that you can start building.

Sometimes you buy "two" lots and the zoning requires that much land per house site.
