Are there any books or web-sites that explain real estate contracts in detail. Example, clause explanations?

In Texas the Texas Real Estate Commission requires that we (real estate agents) use the contracts they draw up.
They change the wording on them much more often than they used to and we go to seminars twice a year or so to keep up with what the changes mean. The next changes will probably be to address mineral rights-currently the contracts are silent on this.
I would think a book would be out of date about the time it is written and before it is ever published.
Maybe they don't change the contracts in Maryland so often.
