I'm looking for a studio/efficiency apartment in North Carolina, specifically the North Charlotte area like Huntersville / Kannapolis / Mooresville / Statesville / Cornelius / etc... and I have been really unsuccessful at finding them! I would also be interested in someone who is renting out a finished basement/etc.. Something nice but not overpriced! Anyone out there can help?! THANKS!

craigslist.org search by your state/area, word of mouth is always good if u pop ur head in some local mom and pop shops and ask if they know of any available places for rent. also if worse case scenario look for a broker~
