Who would i contact to buy a forclosed home?

i want to buy a foreclosed home and just dont know who to get a hold of for it.

Answer:
They post all preforclosure homes at the county court house..In my county, we have non judicial forclosures..Which means, the first tuesday of each month, a trustee representing the mortgage company will have a auction for cash to the highest bidder..You probably want to contact the people before this stage..Go to your local county office and they have those records, open to the public...My advice is to do some research before you waste your time looking at these properties...Find out the process in your state and county...Best of luck to you..
