my rent is exactly 1/4 after tax income, not including utilities, with utilities(electric, gas, cable, internet, water, garbage) it is 38%
mine is 37% and that isn't including water garbage ect. and I don't have taxes taken out of my pay so if I did it would be much higher.
it should be about 1/3
