I'm interviewing an agent tonight to sell my house. what should I ask him? what should I look for in an agent?... Thanks

1. ask, how do you spell real estate
2. ask how long they have been in the area
3. ask how many homes have they sold in the past 90 days
4. ask for references
5. ask if they are independent or associated with a larger agency.
6. ask what resources do they have at their disposal (curb appeal experts, appraisers, contractors, inspectors, lenders, legal professionals, etc.)
7. ask how many home buyers have they seen in the last week.
