How do you break a contract for deed and what happens if you do?

I am in a Contract for Deed but are having problems with the lender, how can I get out of the contract and what happens if i do break the contract before going through the whole time frame of the deed

!A contract for deed is usually done between two parties. An owner of property and someone who wants to buy, which is usually a renter. You need to read your contract! If it doesn't say anything about you stopping the contract with penalizes. You break it whenever you stop paying, or are late with your payments. It really depends on your landlord, or lender, as you may be calling them. That is why, contract for deed is not a good idea. You lose whatever funds your have already invested in the property.
