What are the tax advantages to having a building 100% occupied by Section 8 tenants?

Answer:
I assuem to mean the Tax credit Section 8 program or privately administered Section 8. You get tax credits which means basically $$$ credited to your taxes that have been paid. Many companies that develop the Section 8 housing sell these credits that have been awarded to them to get the $$$ to actually build the proposed community.

Then there is the section 8 voucher program, a different thing entirely. There are no tax advantages to this program but landlords are guaranteed a certain amount of the rent WILL be paid every month.
its one step better than being occupied by tenants in Chapter 7!
You know you will get your rent each month.

As a landlord I will not participate in Section 8 program because most to the participants have no respect for your property.
