Buying or renting office space?

I am looking for a small studio type office for my company in Leicester. I only need a couple of rooms, is my best bet to rent the space or to buy outright? do you know of any places in Leicester like this?

Answers:
rent, as your company has more employees and more n eeds (i.e. kitchen, mens/ladies bathroom, mail facility, storage) you have the ability to move and find a more suitable place. once u feel ur company has already grown and has reached its potential than its possible to buy.
It is best to rent. B coz you might develop your company and requires more space . That time it is not wise to sell that look for big office.
You had best rent. I would go to http://www.rightmove.co.uk and follow the instructions when the menu comes up and go commercial property.
I agree it would be better to rent.

With regard to finding suitable place, try looking in your local paper under the 'Commercial Premises' section. Alternatively, contact an estate type agent who specialises in commercial property.
