Start with vacationers and foreign/local tourists in Boracay -- they've already been to the place, may have liked it, and may welcome the idea of owning a condo in the island
Check with other resort owners in the island to see if they have websites on the web, and if you can place an ad on their site -- they are already targeting those folks interested in going to Boracay so might as well ride on their coat tails.
Boracay is nice, but I loved it more when it was pristine with just coconut houses and no electricity. It is too crowded for my taste anymore. I'd rather go to El Nido than Boracay nowadays
