How soon to vacate premises after a buyout?

Hi all.
Residential home in Queens, NY. I paid the individual 195,000. Their name is officially off the deed and they are paying no bills. From a legal standpoint how soon do they have to leave my home?

Did you sign a contract of sale on the property? What does it say on the contract? In Australia its about six weeks after settlement.
