Am I responsible for rent after eviction (missouri)?

This would be due to a lease violation, not because of non-payment. I got a dog, and the landlord found out. Our pet policy states that landlord will terminate the lease agreement, but says nothing about eviction nor duty of payment following eviction.

Answer:
If the landlord terminated the lease you do not owe any future rent, but he can charge for any necessary repairs/cleaning because of the dog assuming he presents you with an itemized bill. This is a common situation.
depends what the lease spells out in a legal document
You are not responsible for anyrent on the lease as long as it is not included in the lease. Most do not put that certain problem in the lease or they make ask you to pay a pet deposit.Otherwise your not at any fault for rent after you have been evicted.
