Any opinions on North Point Apartment Homes in Long Beach, CA?

Thinking of relocating to Long Beach.

Answer:
Try contacting a local real estate agent. They will know everything there is to know about that area. A really good website to browse local real estate/real estate agents is: http://www.realestateforsaleincalifornia.

It's really easy to navigate and is full of info about realtors with links to their personal websites. Most of their websites will have community info, so you can do some research before you contact anyone.but they would probably be the best place to direct your questions. Hopefully that works for you. Good luck!
Nice and roomy, but there are over 8,000 people there in a 3 block radius, which means an increase in the crime index in any city. If you can get a place that's away from a lot of apartment complexes you would be better off. Perhaps the places in your price range would be South of Market st. and North of Willow (2600N -5200N blks) East of Long Beach Blvd and West of Cherry.
