Zillow.com, but they do not have the means to truly separate you home from their comparable and neighborhoods. They valued my home at $450,000 and it is worth bout $240,000. I ran a few others to see if it was a fluke, it gave similar results each time.
Sited like this typically want to lure you in and refer you to a licensed real estate agent. They get a referral fee from the accepting agent. All that really does for you is drive up the cost of the real estate service provider and in turn cost to you as they want me to pay them 35% or more of the gross commission to them for doing absolutely nothing to get your home sold other than connect you and me. That reduces the amount of potential funds available to properly market your home, especially in a declining market.
Best bet is to call a top real estate broker in your market and they'll be happy to give you a free market analysis of your property. They know the area and what is happening in the market. I can refer you to a top agent in your market if you like, just email me with your contact info. I am a top broker in my market and only refer to top brokers as well. You want a fully licensed broker with CRS and GRI certifications as a minimum.
