Property management company skipped out on the walkthrough?

I am a landlord with several properties. I would love to help you. Your question is not clear enough for me to understand.
i would love to help you, but I don't really understand your complete question.
It sounds like someone was renting a home that was being managed by a property management company. Upon them moving out, the property management company did not accompany the owner with a final walk through & there was considerable damage.
I don't know what you mean by 14 days.
Along with obviously keeping the renters security deposit, if you are the homeowner, I would take those tenants to a small claims court, take photos of the current property condition & bring that with you to court & try to sue them for the rest of the damages.
In the future, work more closely with the property management company, or do the managing yourself.
Add into all future lease agreements, a clause that states, "I have the right to come by and inspect my property once per month just to make sure everything is OK".
Or arrange that monthly rent checks not be mailed to you, but rather that you go by & pick them up, that way you can see how the renter is maintaining your property throughout the entire lease period.
i hope this helps
