Im selling ocean view land in rosarito, Mexico.?

anyone interested email me.

there are four lots each is 200 to 300 sq meters.

undeveloped, but has nice view.

Answer:
There are laws in Mexico against foreign ownership of coastal property. Beware of this before you buy or sell such property. The coast along Baja California, Mexico was lined with US citizens who bought ocean front property then the law changed and they were out. Most "sold" their property to locals then leased them back. On inland properties that is not the case, but ocean front properties it is.

Now if this is just "view" property not located right on the beach that should be OK but a check of Mexican laws is still in order.

Again beware and be careful. It is a foreign country and you have no US rights there.
Is that where Hurricane John is about to hit?
Boring
How much are they? What are the concerns with the Mexican government and foreign ownership?
good luck
Is that the same land you repossessed from the last bunch of American investors that had purchase leased it?
200 sq mtrs? Are you selling family plots in a graveyard by any means? In that case who cares about the view.
