How do I buy undeveloped land without an agent?

I would like to purchase a lot without having to use a real estate agent. Is this possible? What do I need to do?

Answer:
You dont have to have any agent to buy land or a home. But the seller probably has listed it with an agent. The question I have, is why wouldn't you use an agent. Buyers do not pay agent fees, the seller pays for it.
You can search the internet for land just like you can for homes.
You can deal directly with the Owner.
You can use a Purchase/Sale Agreement.

You should Not sign anything without Legal Advice.

Hope this helps.
