What does the term "Zero Lot Line" mean (TN, Real Estate)?

Term comes up often when describing real estate in Tennessee

A zero lot line means that the lot line for a structure runs along the foundation of the structure, there is no set back from a separate property line.
The first response is correct. For simplicity purposes, it basically means you have no yard! ;)

People who live in a condo have a zero lot line.
