I see real estate signs that have 10K on them. what does the 10K mean?

If you see real estate signs infront of a for sale property with 10K, that probably means that there is a $10,000 seller concessions. Meaning, sellers are willing to help the buyer up to $10K for closing cost.
it means 10 thousand somethings.
Probably $10,000 down.

10k means 10,000(probabaly dollars)
$10,000 but what it relates to is another matter
This could mean that the price of the property has been reduced by $10,000, or that the seller may contribute $10,000 toward buyer's closing costs.
