What does a resettlement statement mean in realstate?

Answer:
A seattlement statement, also referred to as the HUD Statement, or Closing Statement, is the document that shows where all the charges are. It has one side for the buyer and one side for the seller for all the closing costs, commission paid to agents, appraiser costs, mortgage costs, ect. It's just a large summary of all monies.
Do you mean a "settlement statement"? It shows the monies being disbursed to all parties of a mortgage transaction.

You can find that manner of information here, but I don't like looking at it. I am involved in it enough as it is.
