Where can I sign up for a news letter or mailings list that informs me of property auctions or properties thtat are for sale for cheap that have been reposessed or have unpaid taxes on them?
Is there a service for all states or do i have to find one that is specific to my area.

Contact your county courthouse or sheriff's department and get the dates when they auction properties and tax lien's. You will probably be competing with experienced investors with lots of cash, so make sure you don't get suckered in to a bad price or house. Hopefully you will be able to get a list of the houses to be auctioned and go look at them before you bid. Good luck.
